- Very strong but with a slight flex, NOT BRITTLE
- Excellent for picking up FINE DETAIL
- Very Very easy to sand especially on those big castings
- Wait approximately 3 – 10 minutes to demold (very thin parts will take longer).
Ideal for casting plastic sculptures, models, prototypes. masters, figurines, picture frames, toys, industrial parts, decorative ornaments, moldings, furniture, and fine detailed reproductions.
Mix the casting resin thoroughly, don’t forget to scrape the sides and quickly.
Now pour into your silicone mold.
Mix both the A & B side together 50 / 50 by weight or volume
(If you don’t have a scale volume is OK, the material will perform either way).
The casting resin plastic has a 180 sec. GEL time which means as soon as you add the A & B together you have 180 secs before the material blooms and hardens.

DBT is a one part additive used with condensation cure silicones to increase the cure speed. This is a by weight mix ratio. An accurate gram scale is recommended. IMPORTANT: Working time is drastically reduced in proportion to how much DBT you use. DBT added to total weight : Base / Cat 10.1 by weight plus DBT ) Physicals will be affected most of all library life.
