All items are packaged and shipped within the manufacturer’s suggested shelf life.
We ship UPS Ground within the 48 continental United States.
UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. All orders must have a physical ship-to address.

  1. Incorrect Addresses or Stolen Packages:
    *Make sure your PayPal shipping address is current. We are not responsible for packages sent to your old address if you’ve moved and haven’t updated your PayPal information. If this happens, and you want the package re-routed to your new address, you will be asked to pay the additional shipping costs.*If the package is sent to an incorrect address that you provided and returned to us, we will refund you the remainder of your payment minus the shipping costs both ways.*If your package is delivered and left at your doorstep and stolen while you are out, we are not responsible for replacing your order. If you feel uneasy about your delivery being left outside, we can ship your order to your place of work.

  2. Payment
    We accept VISA / MASTERCARD via telephone (714 899-7963), and PayPal via website.
    For all international orders, payment is through PayPal only.
  3.  Quote for shipping outside the continental US:

    To be able to quote you a cost for shipping, we require the following:
    A. The products you are wishing to purchase.
    B. The country / state where you would like us to ship.
    If you place an international order through the website with PayPal, we will then send you a request for additional funds for the international shipping.
  4. Physical Shipping Address:
    If you decide you are going to purchase a product from our company, your ship-to address must be a physical address that can receive mail / packages through a reliable postal service.No PO Boxes. .
  5. International Addresses:
    USPS does not deliver in other countries. USPS SHIPS PACKAGES TO A COUNTRY’S POSTAL SYSTEM and it’s up to your country’s POSTAL SERVICE to deliver to you. If your postal service is unreliable, look for a better alternative. Try the “Customs House”,  or “Port of Entry”.
  6. Insurance:
    Shipping costs will include insurance through the USPS.
  7. Duties, Fees, Taxes:
    Or other fees your country requires are to be PAID BY YOU (we are not responsible for these payments).
  8. Payments:
    All payments for international, Alaska, & Hawaii orders are only accepted through PayPal.
  9. Undeliverable Countries:
    We regret that there are some countries that the USPS does not deliver to.
  10. Lost Packages:
    If a package is LOST, it is up to the discretion of the USPS to determine, if the claim is VALID and if they will issue a REFUND.
  11. Travel Time:
    We ship only through the USPS. Your order ships by air and takes approx. 6-10 days to get to you (this is from the time we hand carry it to the Post Office). We typically go to the Post Office once a week.
  12.  Multiple Items:
    If you wish to purchase multiple items, large quantities, or drum sizes, please contact us via email for a price quote.
  13. California Residents:
    California residents are subject to 7.75% sales tax.
